Exchange and Return Policy Overview
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions as outlined below.
Mystery Boxes
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for mystery boxes due to the unique and random nature of their contents. Since these items are a mystery to both us and the consumer, all sales of mystery boxes are final. In certain cases, we may offer an exchange at our discretion.
Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase and applies only to comics damaged in transit, at our sole discretion. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer an exchange. In rare cases, we may accept returns for non-mystery box items at our discretion.
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original bag and packaging.

To process an exchange, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send any items back without receiving prior approval, as unauthorized returns may be lost in our inventory.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

Regrading for cracked CGC/CBCS cases
Processing Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email. If approved, a replacement will be shipped within 15 business days.
Late or Missing Replacements
If you have not received your replacement, first check the tracking number provided upon acceptance of your return.
Sale and Clearance Items
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for sale or clearance items. Only regularly priced items may be considered for exchange.
Lost, Missing, or Undelivered Shipments
Once an order has been shipped and a valid tracking number has been provided, we are not responsible for lost, missing, stolen, or undelivered shipments. If your package does not arrive, you must file a claim with your local postal service. We will not issue refunds or replacements for items lost in transit when a tracking number confirms shipment.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
For high-value returns, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
